Users contacting FL-Agri do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal information requested at their own risk. We collect information about you to assist in completion of our contracts with yourselves as well as understanding your contact preferences (email, phone, mobile or post). Alternatively you may opt in to receive further information or to be contacted at a later date. Any changes to your contact details or preferences are to be specified by you.

We collect the information about you to process payments and to manage your contract with FL-Agri and for future contracts. We will not share your personal information with a ‘processor’, third party or marketing body. Your personal information will not be disclosed outside of FL-Agri.

Access to your information, correction & deletion.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information please email sales@fl-agri.com / view our contacts page. Likewise, if you require information on how your data is used; how we maintain security of your information please use the aforementioned contacts. We want to make sure our information is accurate and up to date and will be kept no longer than is required. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate or no longer required or be deleted in its entirety.

We ask for only personal information through our website that is required for us to process your order and we have taken all necessary steps to ensure your safety when using our website with a secure site certificate (SSC).

Social Media

Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and to engage with due diligence in regards their own privacy and personal details. We will never ask for or store any personal information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss any personal information to contact us on the aforementioned contacts (or see below). FL-Agri may use social media share buttons which help link web content directly from web page to social media platform in question. We advise users that using such social sharing buttons is at the users discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your requests to share a web page respectively through your social
media account.
