RETURNS POLICY

1. Cancellation


1.1 If your item was bought online or over the phone, as a customer you have consumer returns rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.


1.2 The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.


1.3 You must notify FL-Agri within this cancellation period that you intend to return the goods by email to sales@flagri.com, please see our T&C’s.


1.4 You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify FL-Agri to return the goods to us as per our T&C’s.


1.5 For any order that is returned to us under this section, a return cost will be payable by the customer.


1.6 FL-Agri can arrange the return. Due to the nature of many of FL-Agri’s products, it is recommended that you allow FL-Agri to arrange the return using an authorised carrier.


1.7 If you choose to return the item yourself or by using a courier, FL-Agri will not reimburse any costs and returning items will be at your own risk. You should obtain proof of postage/return where required.


1.8 Your refund will be authorised and paid within 14 days after the goods have been returned and inspected. The product must be undamaged, have not been used and carry the same weight to which it was dispatched to you.


1.9 If your order has been dispatched prior to cancellation then it will be the customers responsibility to arrange (with us) return of the goods (contact sales@fl-agri.com or see our contact page at www.fl-agri.com) and to cover the cost
of this return.


1.9 The refund will be issued to the same method as the initial payment was made.


2. My Goods Are Damaged or Faulty


2.1 You have the legal right to a full refund if you return your faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of receiving them, please see our T&C’s.


2.2 You will need to inform FL-Agri of the fault upon inspection of the delivery (by phone - as per our T&C’s) followed by an email to sales@fl-agri.com with photographic evidence of the fault or damage if required.


2.3 If you inform FL-Agri of faulty or damaged goods, FL-Agri reserves the right to repair or replace the goods.


2.4 If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund.

3. A shortfall in weight

3.1 If your weigh ticket differs from the quantity ordered (ie: 20T and received 19.8) then a refund for the shortfall will be credited to your account. Likewise should the weight be more than at purchase (ie: 20T and received 20.1T) you will be issued an invoice for the remainder tonnage outstanding. See T&C’s.


4. Statutory rights.


4.1 The consumer’s contract with FL-Agri does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
