Payment

On your first purchase with FL-Agri Ltd upfront payment is required before delivery.

Bulk loads: subsequent orders will have a 28 day payment terms from date of delivery (credit limits will
apply at FL-Agri’s discretion).

Tonne bags: All payments to be taken upfront on purchase through our website.

Definitions

The following definitions apply in these conditions:

• Company FL-Agri Ltd.
• Customer The person purchasing the product.
• Goods Any goods under the Contract to be supplied to the Customer by the Company.
• Contract Any contract between the Company and the Customer for the sale and purchase of the Goods and/or Services incorporating these conditions.
• Price All prices quoted by the Company are given in good faith and are subject to alteration by the Company in the event of obvious errors, or changes in taxation or duty.
• Dates Dates for delivery, commencement or completion of the supply of Goods, or Services given by the Company are approximate only and not essential terms.

General / deliveries

Each quarry has varied aggregates and we give a range of these mineral compositions across these sites.

Delivery for bulk load orders will not be calculated at check out on our website; it will be calculated and confirmed within 24hours of us receiving your order.

If you wish to know delivery before placing an order please contact our office.

Order confirmation: Upon purchasing your order, once haulage (date/time/delivery/cost) has been confirmed with FL-Agri we will send you a confirmation email with expected date and rough time of delivery (AM/PM).

If you require a specific delivery date please contact the office first to see if this is possible before placing your order.

Delivery: If you need to reschedule delivery 24 hours notice must be given. Unplanned re-deliveries are charged at the rate state upon enquiry.

Orders returned to our depots once the products are in transit will be refunded minus the cost of transport (at approx cost given when organised) each way to English destinations (additional charges may apply to Scotland & Wales). Goods must be returned in the state that they were received and to the weight of the delivery ticket.

FL-Agri LTD cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries which are out of our control such as acts of God, accident and traffic delays.

We use national pallet carriers and 3rd party couriers to deliver our products, the drivers aim to contact you prior to delivery to inform you of their arrival, a telephone number is required at ordering for this purpose.

All deliveries must have appropriate access for the HGVs delivering and be able to place (pallets) or tip the product onto hard standing. If either of these points are not possible please contact FL-Agri prior to purchase to discuss. A delivery address must be provided if different to the billing address.

Tonne bags are delivered on non-returnable pallet(s). Upon delivery all orders must be checked and signed for. At this point any damages, queriers must be raised with FL-Agri via phone and followed up by email. Photographic evidence may be required.

Please inspect upon delivery and raise any quires before tipping. Unloading of product/ signing of the delivery note is your acceptance of the product received. Please see our returns policy.

Short-fall: When ordering we will do our best to for-fill this order accurately. However weigh tickets may show a variation ie 27.9 or 28.1 an invoice will be raised for the altered amount resulting in credit to your account or a further invoice which is to be paid within 28 days of delivery.

Stock availability: We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Carbon credits: We are certified by the University of Newcastle to issue you with a Carbon Capture Certificate (CCC) upon evidence that the product to which you purchased from FL-Agri has been spread and the appropriate criteria met. No time limit is upon the spreading application however carbon credits can not be released until any outstanding invoice on the purchase is paid and the evidence criteria met. Such criteria we require is : who has spread it (invoice number); where the product has been spread (grid reference); FL-Agri order number, quantity spread etc.

Changes to the terms

FL-Agri Ltd reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this website from time to time. FL-Agri Ltd may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the website. If you use the website after FL-Agri Ltd has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the website.
